Prohibited Types
To protect the interest of Sponsors and Advertisers as well as to reduce confusion within the community, NCST prohibits any organization or businesses in direct competition from being Sponsors or Advertising on the platform during the same period.
The following business types are currently prohibited from Sponsoring or Advertising on the platform. The next time businesses of that type will be able to bid on Sponsorships, or request advertising on the platform is listed as well.

Prohibited Business and Organizations
In the interest of maintaining NCST’s standing in the community, as well as to align our marketing activities with the platform as a whole, we have decided that we will not be taking on any Sponsors or Advertisers that fit the following categories.

Sponsor’s Graphical Banner
The Sponsor will have a graphical banner containing their business information attached to posts ( and any other locations named in Bid Specific Terms and Provisions ) related to NCST’s coverage of the sponsored topic.
The design of the banner will be created by NCST so as to match the platforms overall design aesthetic.
The banner will include the following information, provided by the Sponsor, clearly displayed within it.
The Sponsor can request that their information is updated at any time during their sponsorship by contacting NCST.

General Terms and Provisions
The following terms and provisions apply to all Request for Sealed Bid.
Notification of Bid Receipt, Additional Information, or Invalid Bid
Within a reasonable time of receiving your Bid, NCST will evaluate the information provided and respond to let you know your Bid has been received.
If NCST needs further information to determine the validity of your Bid, we will contact you by email requesting clarification. If we do not receive a response we will notify you that your Bid has been invalidated and you’ll need to resubmit your Bid with the additional information to be reconsidered.
If your Bid contains all required information, and is deemed invalid by NCST, you will be notified of the decision with any further information relevant to the decision.
Contact
Once the Bid Period closes, NCST will verify that all Bids received are valid and determine the winning Bidder.
The winning Bidder will be contacted shortly after. It is expected that you will be available for contact at the phone and email provided in your Bid. NCST will attempt to contact you, however if you are not able to be contacted within a reasonable amount of time, NCST reserves the right to declare your Bid invalid and the next valid Bid will be the winning Bid.
Payment
Upon notice of your winning Bid, an invoice for payment ( using the information provided in your Bid ) will be sent to the provided email.
The invoice is due upon receipt. If you are unable to remit payment for the invoice by close of business on the date on which the Bid Period closes, unless previously approved by NCST, you’re Bid will be declared invalid and the next valid Bid will be the winning Bid.
The invoice may be paid using a credit card, debit card, ACH debit, PayPal, or Venmo. If you need to pay using Apple Pay please let us know so that we can provide the correct invoice.
Your sponsorship starts once payment has cleared. Please note that once payment has cleared and the sponsorship has started, no refunds will be provided.

Newnan Coweta Scanner Traffic ( NCST ) is a D/B/A of R41D41 Industries, LLC. All invoices will be sent by R41D41 Industries, LLC and all relationships are with this entity.
